Vaccination Services of America, Inc - Health Screenings: Health Risk Assessment

Health risk assessments or questionnaires are comprehensive reports that require participants to complete multiple-choice questions on various aspects of health and lifestyle habits. Clinical data (i.e., cholesterol results, height, weight, blood pressure, etc.) may also be included. Detailed reports, including results and descriptions of participants’ health risks, overall wellness, and how their habits might actually be affecting their health, are produced. If assessments are processed onsite, participants receive reports immediately. If they are processed offsite, reports are mailed directly to them. Forms not completed during an event must be returned to VSA within two weeks in order to be processed. Aggregate and Executive Summary reports are also available upon request.

Any company serious about developing its wellness initiatives must measure its employees' health on a regular basis involving a health questionnaire, cholesterol and biometric screenings; coupled with proper motivating incentives that promote the least motivated employee population to participate.

VSA is able to work with other health risk questionnaires currently used by the client. VSA focuses on delivering its’ screenings to integrate with any health risk appraisal that the client prefers.
