Outlook Appointment Integration
(Our Most Popular License Upgrade)
Prompts the registrant to add the appointment to their Outlook Calendar. Pay per license year when purchased with a standard license (multiple year license discounts not applicable to this module).
Wait List Module
Full events provide an additional function to allow registrants to be added to a “wait list” for that particular event. If an open slot becomes available this feature emails all registrants on the wait list notifying them of the open slot.
A 15% discount is available if the wait list module is purchased in tandem with the Administrative Interface.
Active Event Management
Pro-actively emails the administrator notifications when an event's slots are nearly filled. This module is especially helpful for users who have many locations and multiple events.
Payment Module
Provides Online Payment processing of event fees from participants. Late fees and rules exceptions require additional costs.

Secure Socket Link (SSL)
Secure Socket Link (SSL) is available per license year upon request. If your company is concerned about internet security, this is a suggested add-on.
Dedicated Servers
For larger clients expecting a huge number of participants dedicating one or more servers may be an important need. Additional server(s) may be secured with advance notice on a monthly basis. Please call to discuss capacity and throughput requirements. Cost is dependent on the number of servers mutually determined and the load factor anticipated.
Advanced Search, Reporting and Advanced Administrative Interface
Site administrators can perform custom searches, create custom reports, lookup and edit participants' records and much more.
For example, you can lookup a participant and view his/hers appointment history, as well as specify different search parameters. In addition custom attributes can be created to track additional information. The capabilities and power of this advanced administrative interface are very high.
A 15% discount is available on both the “Wait List” and this module if purchased in tandem.
Reward Incentive Module
Value points can be assigned for participation in any event. The client works with VSA to develop reward categories associated with these points. Online Employeesignup.com can go a step further whereby points can be used by participants to bid on rewards and prizes budgeted by the company. The reward points have no specific monetary value by themselves, but an auction creates a value by allowing participants to bid for prizes and rewards.
This application has been highly successful in allowing companies to set a reward and incentive budget. Participants get to see other participants win these rewards. Employees also get to use their points on rewards they want. Call for cost and demonstration of this feature.
