Director of Education
Jill is a nationally recognized educator, learning-space strategist, and author with nearly three decades of experience spanning K-12 schools, higher education, and global professional development.
For over a century, we’ve worked with educators to design and build school furniture that reflects a deep understanding of how students grow, how teachers teach, and how spaces can shape educational experiences.

We’ve spent over 125 years helping schools create spaces that work – spaces that move, grow, and adapt alongside students and teachers.
From our early collaborations with Maria Montessori to our ongoing partnerships with educators, we’ve always believed that where learning happens is just as vital as what’s being taught.

Our approach goes beyond furniture. We empower educators with tools and training to reimagine classrooms as active, purposeful spaces that align with curriculum and support every student’s journey.
Through co-creation, we help build environments that spark collaboration, support movement, and inspire ownership.

Our experienced educators bring firsthand learning environment insights and deep knowledge of pedagogy, curriculum, and change leadership – guiding schools in selecting the right tools and using them effectively to align learning spaces with instructional goals.
