BIFMA e3 LEVEL is the sustainability certification program of the Business and Institutional Furniture Manufacturers Association (BIFMA). TÜV Rheinland – Emissions-Tested, Pollutant-Tested

This certification program sets strict requirements for emissions and pollutants, exceeding legal standards. This is how VS ensures that no harmful emissions come from our furniture and that the product cycle remains free from environmentally harmful substances. We test and monitor many of our products under this certification program.

GREENGUARD

GREENGUARD is an emissions label issued by UL (Underwriters Laboratories), a leading U.S. testing institute. It sets strict limits on volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions, and our furniture is tested to ensure compliance. Many VS products carry the GREENGUARD label, with most meeting the highest standard, Gold.
